In addition to the traditional Room Service menu, that includes 24 hours menu, day specials and children menu with favourite dishes, we are glad to provide you FAST & FRESH service. FAST & FRESH is a special menu that includes items that require minimal heat treatment. The time from placing an order to its delivery will take no more than 15 minutes.

The fitness center is open 24/7 for all hotel guests.

Access to the fitness center is by room key. The gym has Italian strength and cardio equipment Technogym, yoga mats, dumbbells, fitballs, personal hygiene products, towels and drinking water.

An iron and ironing board is available in every hotel room.

Extended laundry services are also available for the guests, including Express services. 

Guests with a private car can use the underground guarded parking.

The cost of a parking space (for one vehicle):

• 2,000 rubles per day
• 3,000 rubles on holidays, as well as during forums

*Seats are limited: advance booking required

Pets are welcomed at Crown Hotel, however, upon check-in, guests with pets make a mandatory deposit of 5,000 rubles.

Please note that pets are allowed at the hotel if you pay for additional cleaning*, as well as subject to the internal rules of the hotel:

• the weight of the pet must be no more than 8 kg;
• moving a pet in public areas is possible only in a proper carrier;
• The Restaurant, Lobby Bar and Gym area are closed to pets.

* The cost of paying for additional cleaning is 2000 rubles per day

• Services of a hairdresser, stylist and makeup artist
• Nail services: manicure and pedicure
• Services of a fitness trainer: training in the gym or outdoors
