Conviniently located on the edge of the historical center and the center of business activity of St. Petersburg city, Crown Hotel is ideal for both regular business travelers and tourists who want to explore the city or spend a weekend in the Northern capital. On the way to the main sights of St. Petersburg, such as the Hermitage, St. Isaac's Cathedral, the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood, you can walk along Nevsky Prospekt - the main thoroughfare of the city, located just three minutes away from our hotel, and along the way you can visit many hidden and interesting places in the heart of St. Petersburg.

Upon check-in, guests with pets make a mandatory deposit of 5,000 rubles.

Please, note that pets are allowed at the hotel if you pay for additional cleaning*, as well as subject to the internal rules of the hotel:

  • the weight of the pet must be no more than 8 kg;
  • moving a pet in public areas is possible only in a proper carrier;
  • the area of ​​the Restaurant, Lobby bar and Gym are closed for visiting with pets.

Personal documents upon check-in

To obtain a hotel room at the Crown Hotel by Renaissance Development, citizens must provide the following documents to the reception and accommodation service:

  • A citizen of the Russian Federation provides a passport, and in its absence one of the following identity documents:
  • Birth certificate - for children under the age of 14;
  • Temporary identity card of a citizen of the Russian Federation;
  • Other documents stipulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

Terms & Conditions

Early check-in

Guaranteed Early check-in will allow guests to check in at any time from 00:00 to 14:00 and is paid in the amount of 100% of the room rate. Breakfast is provided if it is included in the booked rate.

Early check-in in the amount of 50% of the room rate is available from 9:00, subject to availability of rooms at the hotel. Breakfast on the day of arrival is not included in this price.

Late check-out

Late check-out before 18:00 can be provided subject to availability of rooms and is charged at the rate of 50% of the room rate.

Guaranteed Late check-out is possible at any time until 23:30 and is subject to payment in the amount of 100% of the room rate.
